22 STEPS

1. The first step is to open the url app.basl.com within your browser. We are assuming you have already registered yourself as a member of the BASL Soccer, so all you have to do is log-into the system using your email

2. enter in your password and Click Log in

3. The home page of this group shows all soccer playing opportunities within the Florida soccer group. In our example we want to register a team into the Corporate Soccer League. That league is found in the Open Division Leagues. so click here

4. We see the Corporate Soccer League, so Click here

5. Review the league information and when you are ready, open the Team Registration payment options by Clicking the Register a Team

6. Enter Your Team Name here. Our example is BASL Company Co Testing Team Team Name

7. Next we can select our team jersey color

8. In our case we select Blue from the drop down list.

9. Next we are presented with the league's refund policy. You must select that you have read and agree to the refund policy

10. you must select that you have read and agreed to those terms also, and then Click Next

11. You are now taken to the screen showing the various team payment options for this league. For our example we Scroll down and select that the team captain is paying their registration fee and that their players will pay be paying for themselves.

12. now on the bottom right of the screen Click Select Option

13. This page then confirms that you are registering the team and for yourself to be on the team. In our case we have registered before for the league and have our credit card on file ready to be used again as the default payment method. Click Get Spot

14. You are asked to confirm that we can run the payment Click Confirm

15. Now that the team is registered and you are listed as team captain, you can Click View Team

16. The first thing you are going to want to do is navigate over to the right and get your team invite code, so that you can invite players onto your team. Click Copy Invite Link

17. Use your favorite Text Messaging or Email software to send out a message, by pasting in the saved invite code. Your player receives the message with the invite code, all they have to do is click that link and they can register to your team.

18. At this point you can stop if you are using external software to communicate with players.

You can choose to use our quick email invite tool to your players right within the application. Just Click Go Invite Players

19. Copy the sharable link here.
Note to the bottom left there is a list of emails that were previously invited to register to the team using this system.

20. then enter the emails of players you would like to send the invite to. If you are emailing more than one player, be sure to separate each email address with a comma.

21. then click the Send button

22. Thats all it takes to get your team registered and inviting your players to your new team.
